Is your website secure?
Yes, shopping at Luggage 2U is safe. Our site employs SSL encryption on all pages of our website keeping your personal information safe. In any instance where you suspect fraud, you need to immediately contact your credit card company.
How do I make purchases on Luggage 2U?
Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy. You may view the items you have added to your cart by clicking “View Cart" button on the menu bar at the top right of any page. Once you are viewing the contents of your cart, you may adjust quantities in your cart by changing the number to the right of items, and then by clicking "Update Cart” after all quantity adjustments have been made. Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping cart, click on the "Check Out" button in your shopping cart.
You will then be asked to complete your contact information and shipping details. Please note that an email address is required for all orders placed on Luggage 2U. You will then be instructed through the steps of adding shipping details, billing information and choosing a payment method. An order confirmation email will also be sent to your email address straight after the order is finalised.

Do you have stock of what is on your website?
Every product that you see on our website is in stock, we import the container direct from the manufacture , and warehouse them. IF YOU DON’T SEE IT WE DON’T HAVE IT.
How do I find an item?
Use our online search tool to locate the product. Simply enter all or part of the product name in the search field on our homepage and hit search or visit the SHOP page to view our full range.
How do I shop by brand?
To see a complete list of the brands we currently have on the site, simply click on the "Brands" link in the main navigation.
Can I order by phone?
Yes, you can call us on 02 9531 6665 to make a phone order – Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Orders received after 10am will not be dispatched until the following business day.
Why does luggage that looks alike vary in price?
Luggage 2U will never ever compromise on quality. Your products are of the highest quality materials. All our hard shell cases carry our amour warranty, this sets us apart from our competitors. No recycled or blended materials, all 100% virgin top quality materials tested before we sell them to you.
What are your delivery times?
All orders are dispatched within 1 business day of being received. Delivery times depend on where the order is being sent to.

What are your shipping Charges?Shipping is free to New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland for orders over $100.00.
We currently do no do deliveries to the Northern Territory, South Australia, Tasmania and Western Australia.
Free shipping for orders over $100 to Victoria, NSW & QLD. For orders outside these states please contact us for a quote. Orders under $100 will incur a small $10 handling fee.
Authority to leave
If you select 'authority to leave' with one of our couriers, we will leave your order on your doorstep even if no one is around to receive it. Please note, in these instances, Luggage 2U and the courier company cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged deliveries after they have been dropped off.
What is your return policy?
Luggage 2U gives you a full 30 day money back guarantee on any purchase. Products must be unused and in original packaging. The return freight cost is the customer responsibility.
Do you offer Warranty on your products?
All specifications, sizes, volumes and weights that are advertised on our website, are as per the manufacturers written advice.
Luggage 2U does offer extra Armour Warranty on selected product where indicated.
All standard manufacturers warranty’s do no cover damage by carriers or wear and tear and a claim needs to be made against the carrier should they damage your luggage. SO TO AVOILD THIS BUY A BAG WITH AN ARMOUR ADDED GUARANTEE. Travel with peace of mind.
If a manufacturing defect occurs with your purchased item within the period covered by the manufacturer's warranty, please return the bag to us or contact us for your warranty claim.

What are my consumer rights?
The Australian Consumer Law protects consumers by giving them certain guaranteed rights when they buy goods and services. For example, the law requires that goods must be free of defects and do what they are meant to do. Services must be carried out with care and skill. These rights, which the law says automatically apply whenever goods or services are supplied to a consumer, are called 'Consumer Guarantees’.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
